Gift Shop

McKenzie Street Florist offers gifts, flowers, drinks, snacks, sundries and more. We also deliver flowers throughout the South Baldwin County area.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hearing Impaired

Free interpreter services are available upon request. We have a TTY phone in the front of the hospital behind the registration area. We also have video phone capability. Talk to your nurse if you need these services.

Interpreters

Foreign language interpreters are available free of charge to help non-English-speaking patients in all aspects of their care. Ask your nurse or staff member to arrange interpreter services.

Smoking

For our patients, visitors and staff, we are a smoke-free hospital. This includes all electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes and vapors. You can request a nicotine replacement alternative from your physician.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital for patients and guests. Follow these instructions to connect your device:

1. Go to your device’s wireless network page. Click on the “Guest Wireless” network.
2. Open your web browser, and connect to any valid internet website. A “Terms and Conditions” page will appear. Click “Accept terms and conditions.”
3. You are now connected to the internet.
